Responsibilities

• Lead daily unit operations and act as a resource and role model for the patient care team.
• Coordinate and optimize patient care flow across admissions, transfers, and discharge.
• Ensure adherence to patient care standards and participate in governance and professional development.
• Mentor colleagues and participate in the Clinical Ladder program.
