Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN for ER duties in a critical access hospital in Colorado. The role involves night shifts, possible day shifts, per diem hours, and floating to Medical‑Surgical areas as needed. Strong telemetry and medication mixing skills are required.

Active Colorado RN license and certificiations TNCC/ACLS/BLS are needed, with at least 2 years of inpatient experience and experience with Cerner EMR. Expect 15‑bed facility serving diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of inpatient RN experience.
• Active Colorado nursing license.
• Certifications: TNCC, ACLS, BLS.
• Cardiac and diabetic drips experience; ability to mix meds.
• Telemetry experience and Cerner EMR familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Work in Emergency Department of a critical access hospital.
• Float to Medical‑Surgical areas as needed.
• Maintain patient ratios around 2:1 and monitor COPD, diabetes, CHF, and trauma cases.
• Manage medication preparation in absence of in‑house pharmacy.
