Black Women\'s Mental Health Institute in Colorado is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-level patient care in a fast-paced emergency department. The role emphasizes safety, quality outcomes, and a multidisciplinary team approach in complex ICU/PCU settings.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, precepting new staff, and contributing to safety and quality at the point of care. Requires Colorado RN license or eNLC, ACLS/BLS, and at least 1 year of experience;

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license or valid eNLC privileges.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in ICU/PCU or similar high-acuity settings.
• Precept and mentor new healthcare staff; share knowledge.
