Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care under supervision and coordinate patient care through the nursing process and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Required is an Associate's degree in nursing with 1 year of RN experience and an active NC or compact state RN license; BLS/CPR certification is also required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred to advance patient outcomes and care planning.

Qualifications

Minimum requirement: RN with an Associate's degree in nursing.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing.
Required: 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
Preferred: 1 year in a clinical specialty per ANCC or national nursing organizations.
Licensure: RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
Certification: BLS (CPR) through American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.

Responsabilités

Reviews patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in the assigned unit.
Analyzes patient information, including medical history, diagnostics, and current status, to develop individualized care plans.
Prepares nursing processes, including medication administration and treatments.
Reconciles medical records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Evaluates patient response to interventions and identifies additional actions needed.
Collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team for effective care planning.
Performs other duties as assigned.
