Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care and promote positive patient outcomes. The RN will coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team under supervision and apply nursing knowledge to implement the nursing process.

Education includes an Associate degree in nursing (Bachelor's preferred). Require 1 year of RN experience and NC or Compact-state RN licensure, with CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license in NC or a Compact state.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• 1 year RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care in the assigned unit.
• Analyze patient information to support individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Reconcile medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to plan care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
