Job summary

Geisinger is proud to offer an Inpatient RN role with a hiring incentive up to $23,000. The starting pay is $41.41 per hour, with higher rates for experienced nurses and up to $7 per shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, plan and coordinate care, deliver direct patient care, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to meet patient and family needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree-Nursing (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Completes assessments as established by scope of practice and unit standards.
• Addresses physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patient and family.
• Formulates and coordinates plan of care with education and discharge planning.
• Provides direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics.
