Job summary

Qualifications

• Current state RN license and a nursing degree from an accredited school.
• ACLS, BCLS, PALS; NIHSS within 90 days of hire.
• 1–3 years RN Emergency Department experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan-of-care interventions including medication administration and treatments.
• Documents patient care provided and monitors patient condition.
• Communicates patient status to care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and mobility needs.
• Coordinates transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial support across disciplines.
• Provides education based on age, culture, and condition.
