Job summary

Lourdes Health in Pasco, WA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for Emergency Services on a full-time 3x12s evening shift (3p-3a). The role offers a wage scale of $42.14-$78.11 per hour plus a commitment-incentive bonus of $10,000-$20,000 and a shift differential of $2.25-$4.50.

This union position requires a current RN license, a BSN or ADN, ACLS/BCLS/PALS, NIHSS within 90 days, and 1–3 years of ED experience.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Bachelor's or ADN from an accredited nursing school.
• ACLS, BCLS, PALS; NIHSS within 90 days of hire.
• 1–3 years of RN ED experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration and other clinical tasks.
• Documents patient care provided.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and patient hygiene.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate transfers, discharges, and referrals.
• Educates patients and families based on age and condition.
• Advocates for the patient’s well-being and participates in performance improvement.
