About The Opportunity

Join a high-volume Emergency Department in Florida's capital city, where every shift brings something new and so does every leadership huddle. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ER nurse seeking long-term stability, strong clinical resources, and supportive leadership.

The Role

You will triage, assess, and stabilize patients of all acuity levels in a fast-paced emergency setting. From trauma activations to behavioral health crises, you'll be the frontline responder for critical care decisions and patient support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide rapid assessment and emergency stabilization
• Administer IVs, medications, and emergency interventions
• Collaborate with trauma and physician teams
• Document in real time and ensure continuity of care
• Support patient families in crisis situations

What You’ll Bring

• Active RN License (Florida or compact)
• Minimum 1 Year of Emergency Department Experience
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required (TNCC preferred)
• Ability to perform under pressure with professionalism and calmness
