About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our team at a premier healthcare provider in Tallahassee, FL. You will provide exceptional care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced environment, requiring quick thinking, adaptability, and strong multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Triaging, assessing, and treating patients of all ages in a high-pressure setting.
• Developing care plans and strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
• Managing multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring safety and quality care.
• Providing follow-up care instructions and making referrals.
• Collaborating with physicians and departments for seamless care.
• Maintaining a patient-focused approach while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Active RN License (Compact license accepted; FL license required).
• 1+ Year of recent acute care ER RN experience.
• Associate Degree or RN Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• BLS Certification required before employment start date.
• ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certifications required within 90 days of hire.
