• Rotating Weekends

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable ER RN to join a fast-paced emergency department. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients with varying levels of acuity, from minor injuries to life-threatening conditions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver efficient, compassionate care under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patients of all ages
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Prioritize multiple patient needs in a high-volume setting
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams
• Provide education and discharge instructions
• Maintain patient safety and follow hospital protocols
• Respond to emergency situations with appropriate interventions

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required
• Active RN license (FL or compact; must obtain FL license as needed)
• Minimum 1 year of recent ER experience required
• BLS - Required before start date
• ACLS, PALS, and Crisis Intervention - Must be obtained within 90 days of start
