Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in medical office administration or healthcare administration preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in healthcare registration or front desk roles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and medical terminology.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and registration software.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and families professionally and compassionately.
• Registers patients for emergency services with required info.
