Job summary

Mercy Fort Smith is hiring experienced registered nurses to support expanded ER and ICU services after a $162 million campus upgrade. You will apply the nursing process to patient care and participate in a high-volume environment with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, upholding patient rights and confidentiality, and maintaining Mercy Service Standards in alignment with our mission.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN).
• RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS required; ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC as needed.
• CPHON/OCN/PALS/PEARS and other unit certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and teams.
• Uphold Mercy Service Standards and supportive mission daily.
