Job summary

Mercy Fort Smith seeks an experienced RN to join a recently expanded ER/ICU team. You will deliver patient care using the nursing process, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinate with units to support high-quality care.

Requirements include graduation from a nursing program (AD, Diploma, or BSN), and current RN license in the hiring state or compact. BLS required; ACLS/NRP/ENPC/others may be required per unit. Mercy offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS/ALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CP... etc may be required per unit.
