Job summary

Progeny Human Resource Solutions is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Services Department in Farmington, New Mexico. The RN will triage, perform life-saving interventions, administer medications, and manage patient flow from admission through discharge.

Responsibilities include documenting in EHRs, collaborating with clinicians, and educating patients and families. Relocation and sign-on bonuses are available, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience.
• Nurse Practicum on resume and MM/YYYY format.
• Residence outside 100 miles from facility.
• BLS certification required upon submission.
• Licensure open to NM or Compact; obtain prior to start.
• Relocation and sign-on bonuses offered.

Responsibilities

• Triage and assess incoming patients to prioritize care.
• Perform emergency interventions including CPR, intubation, and ACLS.
• Administer medications, draw blood, and run tests such as EKGs.
• Stabilize patients with wounds or fractures and manage acute injuries.
• Document patient conditions in EHRs and maintain records.
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare team; educate patients and families.
• Manage discharge or transfer of stable patients.
