Job summary

Tufts Medicine seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct, comprehensive care in the Emergency Department (Saints Campus) on a per diem basis. You will work weekends/holidays and advance through levels based on experience, licensing, and qualifications.

Required MA RN licensure with BLS; BSN preferred. Prior telemetry or intermediate care experience is valued, and ACLS may be preferred or required by department.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN licensure in good standing required.
• 12 Months - Less than 3 Years RN experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Department specific certifications may be required for the patient care provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients and families per policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to plan and implement care.
• Assess, document, and respond to patient needs and changes in condition.
• Perform duties in the ER at Saints Campus per diem shifts, including weekends and holidays.
