Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc. is staffing an Emergency Department Registered Nurse at Anna Jaques Hospital in Newburyport, MA. The 36-hour-per-week role includes weekend/holiday rotation and a 7:00 PM–7:30 AM shift.
The ED nurse will complete assessments, administer medications, collaborate with physicians, educate patients and families, and apply critical thinking to optimize care outcomes. Licensure in MA (or eligibility) + BLS; ACLS/PALS within 6 weeks; ED experience required; TNCC
Competenze
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Massachusetts RN licensure (or eligibility).
- BLS Certification; ACLS and PALS required within 6 weeks of hire.
- ED nursing experience required; TNCC certification preferred.
Mansioni
- Complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor progress and evaluate outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and other staff to plan patient care.
- Educate patients and families to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment in a fast-paced ED.
