Job summary

Insight Acute Care Hospitals in Michigan seeks a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a patient group. You will lead the nursing team as directed by the attending physician, collaborating with other providers to ensure safety and quality outcomes.

You will participate in environments that prioritize patient and family-centered care, evidence-based practices, and continuous quality improvement, while maintaining professional standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• RN license in Michigan in good standing.
• Completion of required continuing education hours.
• Current CPR certification and department-specific credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care with collaboration from interdisciplinary team.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Engage families in care planning and education.
• Document care and outcomes accurately in the health record.
