Job summary

Qualifications
- BSN required; IL RN license; BLS; ACLS/PALS/ENPC/TNCC within 1 year; strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- ER experience preferred; ability to work rotating shifts and within In House Registry.
- Commitment to obtain BSN within 3 years if ADN holder.
Responsibilities
- Collects and analyzes data to develop individualized plans and coordinates care.
- Directs care and utilization of assistants in delivering direct patient care.
- Collaborates with patients, families, physicians, and staff; documents plans focusing on outcomes.
- Participates in shared governance, committees, and unit projects.
- Evaluates patient responses and updates care plans; uses evidence to guide practice.
