Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department at Atrium Health Floyd Polk Medical Center. This full-time position offers a 36-hour work week with night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, proficiency with EHR systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. BSN is preferred, and BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• RN license with active privileges to practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program
• BSN preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and float as needed

Responsabilités

• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the care team.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies per clinical protocols.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May be required to float to other units to meet patient care needs.
