Confidential in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Night Shift in the Emergency Department. This role provides direct nursing care per established policies, procedures, and protocols, with collaboration from the interprofessional team to plan and evaluate patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
• One year RN experience (Ministry Float) or two years RN experience (Regional Float).

Responsibilities

• Uses standards of medical-surgical nursing practice to increase quality of care and quality of life for the patient and family.
• Establishes relationships and advocates for patient care plans.
• Uses the nursing process to develop, implement, and evaluate the plan of care.
• Develops assessment and management strategies considering multiple dimensions of patient health.
• Demonstrates knowledge of illness impact on patient status.
• Coordinates with patient, family, and interprofessional team in care planning and evaluation.
