Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess physical and mental status of ED patients.
• Plan, supervise, and evaluate care for all ED patients.
• Document and report all pertinent information accurately; complete forms as required.
• Interpret and carry out physician orders; initiate physician communications.
• Coordinate with LPNs and aides; supervise assistants per shift.
• Promote safety, infection control, and patient teaching for families.
