Job summary

HCA Healthcare's Medical City Alliance in Fort Worth Texas seeks a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department to provide holistic, patient-centered care under the nurse manager. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Two years' nursing experience; ER experience preferred.
• Texas RN license required or eligible.
• BLS and ACLS certification required (HCA approved).
• ENPC required within 6 months of hire.
• TNCC required within 6 months of hire.
• CEN/CPEN/TCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, individualized patient care under the supervision of the nurse manager.
• Promote a safe, therapeutic environment per hospital policies.
• Document assessments, interventions and patient responses accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Maintain required certifications and licensure for nursing practice.
