Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Maintain safety culture and document care in EHR accurately.
• Possibly float to other units/departments as needed.
• Provide patient and family education and coordinate care across teams.
