Avem Health Partners seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the ER at Anadarko Hospital in Anadarko, OK. The PRN position requires current Oklahoma RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS; provides diverse emergency care.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, developing and adjusting care plans, administering medications, documenting in the medical record, supervising CNAs and LPNs, and responding to emergencies while maintaining safety and infection control.

Qualificações

• Current RN license in Oklahoma.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certification required (within hire window).
• Two years of RN experience, ER preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in the ER with varied acuity.
• Assess patients and develop/modify care plans.
• Administer medications per protocols and document accurately.
• Supervise CNAs/LPNs as needed and ensure safety and infection control.
• Communicate with healthcare team and respond to emergencies.
