Job summary

Avem Health Partners is seeking an ER RN for Fairfax Hospital in Fairfax, OK. The role involves providing nursing care in an ER setting to a wide range of patients, with leadership responsibilities including supervision of CNAs and LPNs.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active Oklahoma RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC/CEN preferred). At least 2 years of ER nursing experience is expected, with safety-sensitive duties and strong teamwork

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current RN license issued by the State of Oklahoma.
• Current BLS (or obtained within 30 days).
• Current ACLS (or obtained within 30 days).
• Current PALS (or obtained within 30 days).
• TNCC/CEN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers a variety of patient care and special procedures.
• Contributes to the assessment of the patient.
• Participates in the development and modification of the plan of care.
• Implements the appropriate aspects of the patient plan of care.
• Delegates tasks as may safely be performed by others, per policy.
• Provides nursing care rendered directly or indirectly.
• Administers medications per facility policies.
• Communicates with healthcare team.
• Ensures documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
