Temecula Valley Hospital is seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse to perform timely assessments across acute care presentations, ensuring patient-centric and culturally aware care in a high-volume emergency setting.

The role requires 1 year of Emergency or Critical Care experience, CA RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. NIHSS and CPI/CEN requirements apply with commitment to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• One (1) year Emergency or Critical Care experience in an acute care facility.
• Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA) certifications required.
• NIHSS required within first week (5 days) of hire.
• CEN encouraged.
• CPI certified within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• The Emergency Department Registered Nurse performs assessments appropriate to the patient’s clinical presentation/diagnosis, care setting, age, development level, and cultural and religious orientation in a timely manner.
