Job summary

Endeavor Health in Illinois seeks experienced registered nurses with IL licensure and a BSN preferred. A minimum of 1 year of hospital nursing experience is required along with BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification through AHA required.
• 1-year current hospital nursing experience required.
• ACLs, PALS, NIHSS, TNS, TNCC, ECRN

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experience.
