Qualifications

• Current Michigan Nursing License.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Nurses without a BSN must commit to obtaining one within five years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop, evaluate, and modify the plan of care.
• Collaborate with Care Team and Support Team to achieve patient outcomes.
• Provide care to a group of patients for a designated time frame under limited supervision.
• Deliver care using nursing process, therapeutic communication, and teamwork.
• Care for patients across the age spectrum (Infant to Older Adult).
