Job summary

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• RN licensure must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date.
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team.
• Assesses patient needs, documents care in the medical record, and responds to patient requests promptly.
• Educates patients, families, and caregivers about condition, treatment plan, and follow-up care.
