Qualifications

• KY Registered Nurse license required upon hire.
• BLS CPR required; ACLS within 90 days; PALS within 6 months; TNCC within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, comprehensive patient care and implement care plans.
• Perform assessments, identify needs, and determine interventions including urgent or emergent care.
• Coordinate nursing care, educate patients/families, and participate in discharge planning.
• Administer medications and therapies according to policies.
• Evaluate progress toward patient outcomes and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
