CommonSpirit Health's Flaget Memorial Hospital in Bardstown, KY is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. You will perform assessments, implement care plans, administer medications and IV therapies, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
This position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $24,000 in student loan assistance.
Qualifikationen
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Registered Nurse licensed in Kentucky.
- BLS/CPR certification.
- ACLS to be completed within 90 days of hire.
- PALS to be completed within 6 months of hire.
- TNCC to be completed within 12 months of hire.
Aufgaben
- Assumes responsibility for acquiring knowledge and skills for patient care.
- Performs assessment and analyzes patient problems to determine need for standard, urgent or emergent interventions.
- Implements and modifies care plans using data, standards, and education; coordinates care and discharge planning.
- Delivers care respecting patient autonomy, dignity and rights.
- Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments per policies.
- Evaluates progress toward patient outcomes.
