Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assesses and analyzes patient conditions to determine need for standard, urgent or emergent interventions.
• Implements and modulates the plan of care with nurse coordination, education, and discharge planning.
• Administers medications, IV therapy, and related treatments per policies.
• Evaluates progress toward expected patient outcomes.
• Delivers care with emphasis on patient autonomy, dignity and rights.
