Flaget Memorial Hospital in Bardstown, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care. You will assess, plan, and deliver individualized, evidence-based nursing care within an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and outcomes.

Qualified candidates will hold an ASN, KY RN license, and BLS; ACLS within 90 days. This full-time role offers growth opportunities in a busy, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• ASN - nursing required upon hire.
• KY RN license required upon hire.
• BLS CPR certification within 14 days.
• ACLS certification within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Assumes responsibility for acquiring knowledge and skills for patient care in the practice setting.
• Performs assessment and analyzes patient problems to determine interventions.
• Implements and/or modifies plan of care including patient education and discharge planning.
• Integrates ethical provisions in nursing practice and preserves patient rights.
• Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments per policies.
• Evaluates progress toward patient outcome goals.
