Job summary

Advocate Health Lincoln Emergency Department in Lincolnton, NC is a 25-bed unit delivering 24-hour emergency care to Lincoln County and surrounding communities, with board-certified emergency physicians on staff.

As an RN, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, using evidence-based practice and clear communication to ensure a safe environment and the best patient experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new graduates
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Safety (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire
• 1 year of inpatient RN experience preferred

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
