Advocate Health Lincoln Emergency Department in Lincolnton, NC is a 25-bed unit delivering 24-hour emergency care to Lincoln County and surrounding communities, with board-certified emergency physicians on staff.

As an RN, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, using evidence-based practice and clear communication to ensure a safe environment and the best patient experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new graduates
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Safety (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire
• 1 year of inpatient RN experience preferred

Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department

Where You Will Work:

Atrium Health Lincoln Emergency Department is 25 bed unit that provides 24-hour emergency medical services to Lincoln County and surrounding communities. From broken bones and severe cuts to heart attacks and strokes, we are prepared to provide patients of all ages the highest level of emergency care. Our expert staff includes physicians who are board-certified in emergency medicine.

We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new graduates

About This Location:

Atrium Health Lincoln is 101-bed hospital, designed with the community in mind. The facility opened in 2010, replacing a family farm. History from this farm can be seen and found on our campus today. 300,000 reclaimed bricks from a local mill, Belding-Hausman Mill, were placed into the exterior of the hospital and represent our dedication to the community we serve. The campus also has a 1.2-mile public walking trail that encircles the campus, winding past ponds and through natural wooded areas left intact on the land. The campus also includes two medical office buildings that house many providers offices and services that serve our community.

Lincolnton is a small town, located in the foothills of the NC Mountains with access to hundreds of trails for hiking and outdoor activities. This peaceful, rural town has much to offer families and those seeking a charming close-knit community, while also being within driving distance to the bustling city of Charlotte, NC, and the thriving community of Lake Norman.
