36, holidays required and float to all Harnett Health locations as needed. All callouts for scheduled shift(s) will require makeup shift(s) as deemed necessary by department.

• Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units: Y, must be able and willing to float between both campuses
• Open to accommodating block scheduling:
• Locals accepted: No - 50-mile radius rule from Betsy Johnson and Central Harnett
• Pending License accepted: N
• RTO Restrictions: per manager's discretion
• Guaranteed Hours: call off policy of 2 shifts per 13-week assignment. Once that is met all hours based on contracted shifts are guaranteed.

Special Requirements

• Return Staff Policy: Have to be gone for 1 year to return as a traveler.
• System has a 2 contract limit (can only extend once ) then has to be gone for 6 months to return.
