Baptist Health is seeking an ER Regional Float Team RN to join our full-time mid-shift nursing team. The RN will apply the nursing process, coordinate direct and indirect care, and ensure care aligns with policy and patient needs across the emergency department.

Minimum requirements include an active Kentucky RN license, BCLS, ACLS & PALS, and ER experience of 2 years. BSN or Nursing Certification is required unless grandfathered. TNCC preferred; NIHSS required.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky RN License required.
• BCLS required.
• ACLS & PALS required.
• 2 years ER experience required.
• BSN or Nursing Certification required except as noted: grandfathered hires.
• Associate degreed new graduates must obtain a BSN within 5 years or obtain a Nursing Certification within 1 year.

Responsabilités

• Assesses patient/resident clinical status.
• Develops a plan of care.
• Implements/oversees the implementation of the nursing plan of care.
• Evaluates effectiveness.
• Communicates and validates patient care information.
• Attends Staff Meetings.

Active Kentucky RN License

BCLS

ACLS & PALS

BSN or Nursing Certification

RN Experience 2+ years (ER)

Grandfather clause for BSN requirement (Staff RN hire before 2013)

NIHSS (preferred)
