Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates a plan of care for pre and post operative visits.
• Documents teaching needs of patients and families for pre and post operative visits.
• Documentation reflects systematic data collection and EMR entry.
• Administers medication according to policy.
• Maintains licensure and mandatory certifications.
• Responds to urgent or emergent situations.
