Job summary

Hospitality Health ER in Longview, TX is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join a freestanding ER team. The technician will stock meds, manage carts, monitor refrigerated medications, and ensure expiration compliance while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities include temperature logs, crash cart checks, and maintaining clean, organized pharmacy spaces. On-site, full-time position with benefits and on-call flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
• Understanding of clinical care and privacy.
• Integrity and responsibility; access to company card, petty cash, and company vehicle.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English.
• Ability to read, speak, and write the English language.
• Pharmacy Technician License issued by TSBP in Current status.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Stock medications at assigned locations.
• Stock medical carts and cabinets at all locations.
• Monitor refrigerated medications; ensure up-to-date and not expired.
• Rotate medications; verify expiration date stickers.
• Check temperature logs daily at each location.
• Verify crash cart check-offs and notify Charge Lead Nurse if missing.
• Stock new medications in pharmacy storage and label with expiration dates.
• Clean and maintain medical rooms and pharmacies.
