Norman Regional Health System is seeking a pharmacist to participate in clinical and distributive pharmacy services, ensuring optimal and cost-effective therapies for all patients. The role supports program development and maintains regulatory adherence within a hospital setting.

The candidate should hold a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, be licensed in good standing, and may have PGY1 residency and hospital experience. Sign-on bonuses and relocation support are available.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Preferred clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Participates in departmental targeted clinical programs as assigned.
• Process orders and dispense medications according to established policies, procedures, protocols, and regulatory requirements.

• Contribute to the educational goals of the department.
• Enhance the performance, accuracy, and efficiency of pharmacy processes, to promote patient safety and improve outcomes.
