The role emphasizes support for clinical programs, adherence to policies, and ongoing process improvement to enhance patient safety and outcomes. A BS in Pharmacy or PharmD and active licensure are required, with ASHP PGY1 residency preceptorship encouraged.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in good standing with the OK State Board of Pharmacy.
• ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency preceptorship desired or equivalent.
• Strong clinical pharmacy experience in hospital settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Process orders and dispense medications per policies, protocols, and regulations.
• Support departmental clinical programs and educational goals.
• Enhance accuracy and efficiency of pharmacy processes to improve patient outcomes.
