Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in good standing.

• Preferred completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency or equivalent (not required).
• Experience in hospital clinical pharmacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Participate in departmental clinical programs and regulatory reporting.
• Process orders and dispense medications per policies and procedures.
• Contribute to educational goals of the department.
• Enhance performance and efficiency of pharmacy processes to promote patient safety.

Education
