Norman Regional Health System is seeking a pharmacist to participate in clinical and distributive pharmacy services, ensuring safe and cost-effective therapies for patients across age groups. The role supports program development, regulatory compliance, and educational activities within a hospital setting.

The candidate should hold a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with active licensure. ASHP PGY1 residency or equivalent is preferred, and opportunities for advancement and relocation assistance may be

Competenze

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Experience: Preferred completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency or equivalent, but not required.
• Preferred clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
• Required licensure as a pharmacist and in good standing with the OK State Board of Pharmacy.
• Required to maintain preceptor license through the OK State Board of Pharmacy upon hire.
• Required to achieve/maintain ASHP-endorsed PGY1 residency program preceptorship upon hire.
• Strongly encouraged to achieve/maintain board-certification in related practice area.

• Ensures age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Participates in departmental targeted clinical programs as assigned.
• Process orders and dispense medications according to established policies, procedures, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Administration of the ACGME accreditation and reporting requirements to external agencies.
