Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in the state(s) of practice or eligible for reciprocity.
• Immunization and non-vaccine injectable certification required based on area of practice.
• ACPE-accredited degree or NABP FPGEC certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pharmaceutical care and designs medication therapy regimens.
• Counsels patients and caregivers on therapy, compliance, and administration.
• Interprets medication orders and prescriptions.
• Participates in medical emergencies and medication safety initiatives.
• Preceptor for pharmacy students and residents.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and proper storage/handling of meds.
