Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree ACPE-accredited or NABP FPGEC.
• Licensure in state of practice or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Experience: No experience required; PGY2 EM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pharmaceutical care and designs therapy regimens.
• Educates patients and caregivers on medication use and safety.
