Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensed in good standing with the OK State Board of Pharmacy.
• ASHP PGY1 residency preferred or equivalent.
• Preferred hospital pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Participate in departmental clinical programs and educational goals.
• Process orders and dispense medications per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain/preceptor licensure and report to external agencies as required.
• Contribute to accurate, efficient pharmacy processes to improve patient outcomes.
• Support the development and maintenance of clinical and distributive programs.
