Job summary

Responsibilities

• Observe and document patient observations at all times.
• Maintain patient safety by screening items and avoiding unattended patients.
• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Communicate with patients and care team with compassion and clarity.
• Stay with assigned patient, avoid personal activities during shift.
• Follow policies, life safety, and infection control procedures.
