Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare registration or similar role is a plus.
• Strong communication and data-entry abilities are essential.
• Epic/EMR experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect accurate demographic, financial and insurance information.
• Enter patient data into registration system and manage records.
• Explain forms, obtain signatures, and verify third-party payer details.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and hospital policies.
