You will support emergency responses, maintain infection control, and coordinate with healthcare teams while ensuring safe ambulance operations and thorough documentation.

The role requires strong English communication, critical thinking, and the ability to work in high-stress environments. Night shifts with PRN schedule may apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to assess, treat, and care for patients to the level of certification.
• Maintain a professional and calm presence under the most critical situations.
• Operate a motor vehicle in a safe and professional manner.
• Determine the nature of patient conditions and assess pre-existing medical conditions.
• Identify life-threatening conditions within the paramedic scope.
• Read, write, and speak conversational English.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
• React calmly in critical situations.
• Identify patient acuity levels.
• Utilize state-of-the-art technology and computer systems.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Establish and maintain relationships with diverse patients and staff.
• Multi-task in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Emergency vehicle operations (Preferred).
• Defensive driving (Preferred).
• 5 years of driving passenger vehicles (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist higher-trained personnel in providing effective care.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, bystanders and other responders.
• Maintain infection control standards for a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and emergency responders.
• Keep ambulance clean, stocked, and ready for use at all times.
• Follow policies, procedures, medical protocols, and safety standards.
• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls to provide care.
• Perform assessments and apply treatments per medical protocols.
• Operate ambulance safely and legally.
• Complete patient care reports and daily checklists.
• Other duties as assigned.
